World Vision Tanzania a Christian Development, Relief and Advocacy NGO working in Tanzania is seeking to recruit suitable qualified citizen of Tanzania to resume the following role.

Job Title: No.4/10/1. HUMAN RESOURCES /ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR -Arusha

Purpose of Position
To provide strategic leadership on Human Resources and Administrative functions, cultivating and maintaining good employee-employer relations and provide directive in the organizational development.

Duties & responsibilities:
To take full accountability for the professional management and maintenance of the Human Resources /Organizational Development through formulation /development and implementation of strategic policies, plans and programs in WVT.

To provide leadership for the review/ re-design of systems, policies and procedures with special emphasis on nurturing and managing key relationships across the organization.

To facilitate a process of effective organizational development through the Performance management, Effective Team building, Leadership Development, and Organizational Communication appropriate to the culture and context of World Vision Tanzania.

Qualification & skills required
Masters Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources / Public Administration / Management or related field. A minimum of six years in the Human Resources field, three years in managerial level and good knowledge of labour laws.

Job Title No. 4/10/2 HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - Arusha

Purpose of the position
To provide technical support in Human Resources functions, organizational development and maintain healthy employee/employer relations

Duties & responsibilities:
Provide technical support on recruitment, performance management, staff development, Organization development and benefits/compensation
Facilitate staff capacity building on HR issues and labour laws for healthy and safe working environment to all staff
Provide technical support in preparation of divisional strategies, annual operational plan and budget
To maintain an effective negotiation process and harmonious employee/employer relationship
To review, update and maintain WV broad HR policies and procedures in line with the laws of the country
To provide technical support to line managers on HR issues and labour laws.

Qualification & skills required
Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or public Administration or its equivalent from recognized institution with at least three years of professional experience in Human Resources management. Master degree related field is an added advantage.

Job Title No. 4/10/3 HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER – Dar

Purpose of the position
To implement Human resources functions as per WV policies and producers in line with country labour laws.

Duties & responsibilities:
Timely administer staff benefits/compensations as per WV policies and procedures in line with labour laws
Facilitate the whole process of staff performance management
To facilitate and coordinate recruitment and selection process according to WV rules and procedures
Ensure that all staff information are properly kept, updated and confidentiality is maintained
To prepare and compile staff training needs as per performance appraisal results

Qualification required: Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Public Administration or related field with two years experience in Human Resource Information System Management
Preferred: Degree.

Job Title No. 4/10/4 REGIONAL TRAINING OFFICERS (6) – Dar
To conduct all training activities in the respective Region in collaboration with Government Officials and other implementing partners.

Duties & responsibilities:
To conduct training to Regional Health Management teams, Council Health Management Teams, facility level RCH staff and local Government officials as appropriate
Conduct coaching for performance to RCH staff through regular follow-ups to health facilities to monitor project progress
Participates in developing training materials and provides regular feedback on the suitability and effectiveness of such materials
Maintains Region-related updated statistics on Malaria and other important aspects of the program including the Regional Population, road accessibility, the number of health facilities, RCH and access to prevention and treatment services
To prepare and submit activity specific training reports from the respective Region and submit to the Zonal Training Coordinator.

Qualification required:
Bachelor Degree in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Environmental Health, Human Nutrition or Education with three years experience in training activities preferably in a Health related field


Job Title No. 4/10/5 LOGISTICS OFFICER - Dar
To implement procurement and logistics functions in line with partnership policy and procedures

Duties & responsibilities:
Receive, record and process procurement & logistics requests in line with partnership policies and guidelines
Provide logistics support to WVT in processing of VAT exemption, visa, work permit etc
Maintain and updated supplier database for timely processing of procurement needs
Receive and record suppliers invoices, initiate payment process and follow up with accounts department for payment
Maintain and update procurement & logistics records for easy access by auditors and other stakeholders
Ensure that all Assets procured are registered in the Assets database before distribution to the customers
Facilitate and process exemption requests with the government institutions.
Facilitate and submit adequate documentation for processing of goods at the Port, submit to clearing agents and other government agencies for timely goods clearance

Qualification required:
Bachelor Degree in Materials Management/Procurement and Logistics with one year experience in Procurement and Logistics

Job Title No. 4/10/6 Zonal Health, Nutrition and HIV/AIDS Coordinator (Korogwe & Dodoma)

To provide technical support in designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Health, Nutrition &HIV/AIDS projects/programs within the zone

Duties & responsibilities:
· Facilitate capacity building, on Health Nutrition &HIV/AIDS related projects/programs within the zone
· Provide technical support in the development of concept papers and proposal writing on Health, Nutrition &HIV/AIDS related projects/programs within the zone
· Networking with other stakeholders to access, document and disseminate best practices on Health, Nutrition &HIV/AIDS related projects/programs
· Support implementation of strategy for scaling up Health, Nutrition &HIV/AIDS related issues as per WV standards within the zone
· Provide supportive monitoring visit to review integration and implementation of Health, Nutrition &HIV/AIDS program/project activities

Qualification required: Degree in Public Health, Medical Assistant, and Nursing with three years experience in Health related fields

Communicate with integrity to different stakeholders, leads with transparency and stays accountable and measures performance against agreed standards.
